Planning & Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling:Developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, often using tools like Gantt charts and CPM.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential delays or issues, and reporting on these to stakeholders.
• Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.
• Resource Management:Coordinating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Communication and Coordination:Liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Cost Control:Monitoring project costs and working to ensure that projects stay within budget.
