Create & Manage Wallet Payout process for different Businesses
New Business Development for Payout in Wallet by Different Businesses in the Ecosystem
Drive B2B Wallet & Wallet UPI Creation
Liaison with Product & L&D Team for Trainings Key Decisions / Dimensions
Payout Processing solution for different businesses Major Challenges
Candidate need to govern end to end process for wallet payouts -
1. Manual Rewards for Customer
2. Business Payouts to Team
3. R&R Payouts by Company
4. Various Incentive Payouts
5. External Party Payouts
Candidate need to maintain all the reports for the above process & maintain highest level of efficiency Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications

MBA from a reputed College
b) Work Experience

Minimum 3-4 Years
