Delivery Lead - ( GCC / SBU Head)

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our product engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and delivery management within a product engineering environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Preferred Background:

• 15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Exposure to both delivery and commercial functions.
• Experience across domains, with the flexibility to adapt and scale in new areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an SBU Head  own the vision, strategy and roadmap to grow the company as a strategic asset.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define growth strategy  including talent planning, capability building, and service line expansion.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset: mine existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support client engagement initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, focusing on leadership development, domain capability, and delivery excellence.
• Establish strong internal processes and governance to scale delivery while ensuring agility and innovation.
• Drive thought leadership and bring innovative ideas to expand the scope and relevance of the SBU.
• Lead and manage the delivery of product engineering projects.
• Oversee talent management and team development.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
