Job Description

Negotiating, vetting and drafting of all transactional documents such as joint venture agreement, share purchase, share subscription, shareholders agreement, buikder buyer agreement, development agreement etc;

Providing general legal advice on all corporate laws including FEMA, RBI regulations, intellectual property laws etc.

Qualified to practice law in India with Post Qualification Experience of 2-3 years.

The candidate is required to have demonstrable knowledge about commercial and contractual issues in a transaction.

Should be self-motivated, must be willing to learn; and must have proficiency and command over English language (both oral and written).

Should have excellent research and analytical skills, with an attention to detail.

Should be committed to stay for a long term period.
