Job Description
Balaji Railroad Systems Limited is looking for UG Structure engineer (design) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the safety and stability of structures, such as buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects
- The Structural Engineer will collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality projects that meet industry standards and regulations
- Responsibilities: Design and analyze structures to ensure they can withstand external forces and meet safety standards
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using engineering software and tools
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans
- Review and approve construction plans to ensure they adhere to established design principles and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction and address any structural concerns that may arise
- Perform simulations and tests to determine the structural integrity of materials and components
- Evaluate the environmental impact of structures and propose solutions for sustainable design
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to structural engineering
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafters
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
- Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in a similar role
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
