Job Description
- Understanding the Claim RI process as well as documentation requirements from all insurance companies.
- Reviewing documents submitted by clients and following up with customers to ensure they comply with necessary specifications. Escalation to account management team when necessary.
- Submitting claims to insurers and following up with insurers for case resolution, while escalating to the insurer and Internal Management whenever necessary in order to close case within Insurer SLA.
- Record and maintain accurate information of all ongoing claims in our CRM system Salesforce
- Monitoring the Claim Dashboard on daily basis to ensure the handling of customer requests within set KPIs.
- Provide feedback, suggestions and support for the continuous improvement of the claim experience/process.
- Turnaround time for claim placement, indemnification, insurer follow up and escalation
- # of Claims and Pre-Approvals processed on average per day/week
- Customer Satisfaction survey of Claims Preauths overturned monthly Exception Escalation of claims handled monthly (on average of 260)
What you will need to have:
- 2-3 years and above of experience in health insurance industry like hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs.
- Any kind of Medical degree holder
- Well organized detail-oriented customer centric.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills .
