Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager E-commerce
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing with expertise in managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart & Blinkit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience optimizing paid media campaigns to drive sales, enhance product visibility, and maximize ROI. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, analytical skills, and executional expertise in the e-commerce advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :-
Campaign Management:
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns efficiently.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor key performance indicators (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Conduct bid adjustments, keyword research, and ad copy testing to enhance campaign
outcomes.
E-commerce Strategy:
- Develop and implement a data-driven advertising strategy aligned with business objectives and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the product and pricing teams to ensure competitive positioning.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Leverage data to identify opportunities for growth and campaign scaling.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with e-commerce platform account managers to stay updated on new tools, trends, and ad formats.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging e-commerce advertising opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing, specializing in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or
similar q-commerce platforms.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Amazon Advertising
Console, Flipkart Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for
optimization.
- E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of online marketplaces, product ranking
algorithms, and consumer buying behavior.
- Tools: Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, AMS dashboard, and other advertising dashboards.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder
collaboration and reporting.
