Job Title: Jr Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Bidding & Client Acquisition
- Proactively manage bidding on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr to secure new projects.
- Analyze project requirements and write compelling, customized cover letters or proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from bids to project wins by consistently improving proposal quality and response timing.
2. Lead Generation
- Generate leads for services including:
Primary: Mobile App & Website Development (MEAN, MERN, PHP, Laravel)
Secondary: .NET, WordPress, Shopify, UI/UX Design, QA/QC, Data Visualization, etc.
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo to source qualified B2B and B2C leads.
3. Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects based on specific business criteria and project requirements.
- Engage with prospects via email, messaging, or discovery calls to convert them into opportunities.
4. Performance Tracking & Strategy Refinement
- Track bidding performance metrics including win/loss ratio, response rates, and conversion rates.
- Regularly analyze outcomes and refine bidding and communication strategies to enhance success.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, client behavior, and competitor strategies on bidding platforms.
- Identify new business segments or services with market demand.
6. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate scope estimation and timely delivery of proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and submit regular reports on lead status, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with bidding and client acquisition through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
- Proven expertise in generating leads, primarily for mobile apps and websites built with MEAN, MERN, PHP, and Laravel, and secondarily for technologies including .NET, PHP CMS (WordPress, Shopify), UI/UX design, QA/QC, Data Visualization, and other IT services.
- Skilled in identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-potential leads to drive business growth.
- Proficient in tracking and analyzing bidding performance, with the ability to refine and adapt strategies to improve conversion and success rates.
- Capable of crafting customized cover letters tailored to client requirements.
-Familiarity with lead sourcing and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo.
- Experience in sourcing both B2C and B2B leads.
- Open to working in rotational shifts as required.
