Role: Digital Marketing

Manager Were seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on website management, SEO, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and ultimately boost revenue. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our digital footprint is both compelling and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management & Optimization:
• Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, functionality, and performance.
• Manage content updates, product launches, and ensure all digital assets are current and optimized.
• Implement website improvements and monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure the website is responsive, mobile-friendly, and visually aligned with brand guidelines.
  
• SEO Strategy & Execution:
• Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page optimization for various digital content and product pages.
• Implement SEO best practices, monitor rankings, and adjust tactics as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other digital content for search engines.
  
• Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Manage social media calendar, creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends to ensure our brand is participating in relevant conversations.
• Track key social media KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions to enhance brand presence.
  
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and report on website and social media performance.
• Provide insights into website traffic, user behavior, social media growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI.
  
  
• Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:
• Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create cohesive digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, website management, and social media.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs), website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Proven experience driving SEO success and measurable social media growth.
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust strategies based on performance.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
