Managingthe throughput of the training batch and hygiene under check not limited toattendance, feedback, mock and final assessment.
Havevisibility of training calendar and adherence to the same.
Ensuringthe learners have 100% adherence to e-learning during the learning journey.
CreateTraining materials and development programs on operational needs.
Keeprecords of all training and perform periodic assessment of employee skills.
