Quality Manager (Heat Treatment- Metallurgist)

Role & responsibilities

• Working towards the achievement of established quality policy and quality objectives Control of records pertaining to Quality department
• Monitor and analyze the process conditions to improve the Quality efficiency achieve higher quality of Heat Treatment, Forging & Casting Testing
• Maintaining process and output parameters like temperature, cycle time, bath concentrations and hardness, strength, microstructure, etc.
• Knowledge of relationship between various process parameters like furnace temperature, pressure, carbon potential, gas flow for endothermic process, cycle time for heating during the heat treatment process, etc.
• Able to be dealing with Metallurgical lab inspection, All types of Row material Testing.
• Knowledge of Induction Hardening & Induction Softening Inspection
• Knowledge of methods used to test hardness of metals and the usage of hardness testing machines in laboratories

• Implementation and Adherence of Countermeasure for Customer Complaint and Audits.
• Should be able to work in ERP System and making presentation, knowledge of 5s, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke etc..
• Experience is preferable in Forging and Machining industry.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Priority will be given to candidates from Gujarat Location, whether they are currently working in Gujarat or outside Gujarat.

• Ensuring maintenance of proper documentation for maintaining compliance with quality requirements in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 Standard.

Diploma / B.E. (Metallurgist) with 15 to 20 years of experience, minimum 05 years experience in relevant position.
