* Qualifications Required for Job

* Ensure smooth running of plant during all shifts.
* Monitor operation parameters of all equipment.
* Maintain daily log sheets and operation records.
* Do routine maintenance of machines and systems.
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly.
* Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedule.
* Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
* Follow all safety rules and guidelines strictly.
* Coordinate with control room and field staff.
* Report breakdowns and major issues to higher management.
* Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
* Train junior staff and helpers on work procedures.
* Inspect plant and machinery regularly for any issue
* Ensure energy efficiency and fuel usage monitoring
* Support shutdown and start up activities.
