Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence; manage and optimize company websites.

Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for our social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns.

SEO/SMM: Perform ongoing keyword research, manage SEO/SEM campaigns, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns

Google Ads and Meta Ads: Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms; monitor and analyze their effectiveness.

Social Media Handling: Manage social media accounts, engage with the audience, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Goggle Analytics: Monitor and analyze web traffic and other key metrics using web analytics tools; prepare detailed reports to assess performance and inform future strategies.

Email Marketing: : Plan and execute email marketing campaigns; manage email databases and ensure compliance with best practices.

Collaboration: : Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field will be considered as a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Technical Skills::

1. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

2. Strong understanding of SEO/SMM, email marketing, and content management.

3. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

5. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website and email template editing.

6. Proficient in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).

Creative Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Ability to create compelling content and visually appealing graphics.

3. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Analytical Skills:

1. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

2. Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Project Management:

1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills:

1. Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

2. Excellent customer service and client management skills.
