Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital and performance marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase engagement across all digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and other digital channels to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) targets.
- Work closely with digital and performance marketing agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimal utilization of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing ROI across all campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to inform and enhance Freshcon's digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing and performance marketing strategies, esp. on Qcomm.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent understanding of current digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and performance marketing tactics.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies to drive marketing initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- A passionate and creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and a keen interest in building new brands and categories.
