Job Title: Manager - Sales & Business Development.

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (with travel across South India).

About the Role:


Biocliq Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business development and sales across South India, primarily focusing on the Hyderabad and Bangalore regions.

In this role, you will represent Biocliq's suite of innovative medical technologies to hospitals, surgery canters, and diagnostic canters.

You will act as a strategic consultant-building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and achieve the annual sales targets for the South Indian territory, especially Hyderabad and Bangalore.

- Identify and onboard new customers while nurturing existing accounts to expand product reach.

- Build and execute a regional sales plan with detailed forecasting, lead tracking, and account development.

- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, procurement heads, and finance teams.

- Deliver compelling product presentations and hands-on demonstrations tailored to client needs.

- Submit timely reports including sales progress, expenses, and market feedback in line with company policies.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4-6 years in B2B medical device sales, preferably with a track record in South India.

Education: Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering or relevant field.

Residency: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Desired Skills:

- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in South India.

- Excellent account planning and pipeline management skills.

- Proven ability to communicate technical product value to diverse stakeholders.

- Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
