Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Biological E Limited is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Trial Design and Planning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design clinical trials, develop protocols, and determine the methodology for the study
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards set by health authorities during the conduct of clinical trials
• Participant Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment process for trial participants and ensuring eligibility criteria are met according to the study protocol
• Data Collection and Analysis: Monitoring data collection, analyzing clinical trial data, and ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes
• Safety Monitoring: Monitoring participant safety throughout the trial and managing adverse event reporting in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborating with investigators, contract research organizations (CROs), and regulatory agencies
• Preparing reports, presentations, and submissions for regulatory approvals

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field
• Experience in clinical research, including knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
