Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to oversee the growth and quality management of preschools and K-12 schools within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network, ensuring high standards, and supporting school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard preschools and K-12 schools in the designated region.
• Conduct due diligence for potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Visit schools regularly to monitor quality and compliance.
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities to enhance school visibility and admissions.
• Supervise marketing events, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between schools and the corporate office for operational support.
• Implement and execute growth strategies for new schools.
• Ensure all services are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated to meet school requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the education industry.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and stakeholders.
