The Special Educator will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing tailored learning strategies and support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Individualized Support: Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address specific needs of students with learning disabilities or other special needs.


Classroom Assistance: Provide in-class support and differentiation for students with learning challenges, ensuring that they can participate fully in classroom activities.


Assessment and Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback to parents, teachers, and school leadership.


Collaboration: Work collaboratively with general education teachers to adapt lesson plans, teaching strategies, and materials to ensure inclusivity.


Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and strategies for students with special needs.
