Engineering Manager-PHP || Biz2Credit || Noida ||WFO

Key Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
• Architect and oversee delivery of microservices-based systems.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and scalability.
• Conduct or guide code reviews; foster best practices.
• Drive legacy system maintenance, modernization, and ensure safe evolution toward SaaS
  architecture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with CTO and founders, to align on priorities.
• Own engineering processes (CI/CD, QA, performance monitoring) and optimize team delivery
  flows.
• Handle people management: hiring, performance evaluations, nurturing career growth.
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech., / MCA only.
• 60% & above in entire academics, including highest qualification.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of
  demonstrated leadership in Agile-based software development and 3 years of customer
  handling.
• Strong technical background in multiple technologies; preferred tech stack is Core PHP/ PHP ( Laravel/Codeignitor); should have hands-on experience as well in some technologies.
• Proven track record of leading Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software
  solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with experience in
  planning, executing, risk management, and delivering customer implementations.
• Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
