AVP - BA - Data and System Designer

Data Designer :

- Looking for the candidates with 7+ yrs. of overall experience and relevant to the skillset is 4 Yrs

- Skillet looking for: Database Designing, Schemas, Data modelling, and Data Dictionaries, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, AWS

- Person will be working on the system Designing

Basic/ Essential Qualifications :

- Has designed and develop detail data models, schemas, and database designs.

- Understands data requirements and translate them into effective data designs and data flows.

- Optimize data structures for performance and scalability in alignment with business objectives.

- Experience in conducting data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and propose solutions.

- Understands data design specifications and maintain data dictionaries.

- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL , Kafka , AWS etc).

Desirable skillsets/ good to have :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in data modeling, database design, and data governance frameworks.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.

- Has basic understanding of financial crime domain.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- This role will be based out of Pune.

- To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function.
