Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, ISO standards through quality audits and monitoring.
  
• Develop and implement quality management systems to improve patient care and hospital operations.
  
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop policies, procedures, and protocols that meet regulatory requirements.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CQI reports) to track performance metrics and make informed decisions.
