IT Security Operation Lead - Privilege Identity Management (12-15 yrs)

DESIGNATION : IT Security Operation Head

LOCATION : Mumbai

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 12 years of relevant Experience in IT Security Operations

REPORTING TO : CTO

QUALIFICATION: B.E., B. Tech, ME, M.Tech or equivalent

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of managing security operations for large scalable infrastructure

- Experience of managing security Technologies like Firewall, IPS, Host IPS, Web Security, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Privileged identity management, IAM and other security solutions

- Experience in managing rollout of security solutions and configurations to devices like servers, routers, applications etc across multiple locations.

- Experience and knowledge of managing Cloud Security would be an added advantage

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create technical reports based on analytical findings.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure the organization is compliant with local, national and global regulations

- Detail out the security incident response program

- Reviews Proof of Concepts on latest technologies and integration with current systems

- Work closely with different teams to implement the security controls & solutions to mitigate identified gaps

- Strong understanding with at least one compliance framework (PCI, NIST, CSA, etc.)

- Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.

- Establishing disaster recovery procedures.

- Conducting drills to test breach of security scenarios.

- Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post-event analyses

- Responsible for successful design, architecture, deployment of product / solution as per expectation and sign-off the project

- Remain current with organizations security policies, latest security advisories/threats and industry best-practices.

- Coordinate with other departments and leads for implementing security controls

- Evaluates security architecture and capabilities on a regular basis and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with consultants, technical personnel, service providers and vendors for services and products

- Develop and train the team for security operations activities on a continuous basis.

- Create and Manage Cybersecurity Awareness Program

- Maintain, document, review and improve processes for security activities.

- Lead Cybersecurity incident management activities along with internal team and partners

- Develop and Manage Incident response program
