Regional Head - Branch Banking (7-10 yrs)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head Branch Banking to lead and manage branch operations across the Mumbai region. This leadership position is pivotal in driving regional performance, ensuring compliance, and executing business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all branch banking operations across the assigned region.

- Lead and mentor a team of Branch Managers to achieve business targets and ensure operational efficiency.

- Design and implement regional growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence across branches.

- Analyze regional performance data and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, compliance, and risk.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch banking operations and regional management, preferably with a reputed bank or financial institution.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities.

- In-depth knowledge of financial services, retail banking, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
