- Recommend loan approvals or denials based on established criteria.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and monitor loan portfolios to minimize delinquencies and losses.
- Implement effective collection strategies for overdue loans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loan customers.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding loan products and services.
- Resolve loan-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant credit regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely credit reports.

Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis and loan management.
- Strong understanding of credit principles and lending practices.
- Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
