Are you passionate about driving process excellence and quality management? Heres an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end Internal Process Audit and ISO Audit journey for our organization!

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of ISO 9001 implementation and management for the company and its third-party vendors.

- Drive comprehensive internal process audits across all functions in MDPL from planning to closure.

- Publish Process Compliance Reports and dashboards for Senior Management.

- Prepare and track monthly compliance reports and process rankings.

- Lead the closure of corrective actions for all identified gaps through effective coordination with stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and re-engineering initiatives based on audit findings.

- Formalize and conduct process training sessions for teams to strengthen operational rigor.

- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external audits and support all QMS-related activities.

- Play a pivotal role in driving the companys Process Excellence and Quality Management initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Audits, ISO 9001, and Quality Management Systems.

- Proven experience in process improvement and compliance projects.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
