Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our operations team. The key focus of this role is to ensure the accuracy of data being handled and the quality of outgoing client emails. You will play a crucial role in maintaining internal standards and supporting smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate data provided by internal teams for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Cross-check client-specific details before email dispatch.
  
• Ensure all outgoing emails are grammatically correct, contextually relevant, and free of errors.
  
• Maintain organized records of data inputs and client communications.
  
• Collaborate with analysts and project coordinators to close feedback loops.
  
• Perform quality checks on campaign or report submissions.
  
• Follow SOPs and flag any inconsistencies.
  

Key Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
