E Learning Developer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming storyboards and scripts into interactive, visually appealing digital learning modules using industry-standard tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, or Adobe Captivate
  
• Collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, and content developers to build engaging digital learning experiences
  
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and seamless LMS integration
  
• Apply basic HTML5/CSS knowledge for fine-tuning output if required
  
• Conduct QA and functional testing to ensure output quality
  
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet delivery timelines
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer creative solutions
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• 26 years of experience in eLearning development
  
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate
  
• Basic knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS environments
  
• Familiarity with visual design principles and multimedia integration
  
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills
  
• Bonus: Exposure to tools like Vyond, Camtasia, Photoshop, or After Effects
