Role summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in design patterns, CloudFormation templates, and microservices architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, contributing to cloud infrastructure, and leading technical discussions directly with clients.

This role requires independent execution, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

- Architect and implement microservices following best practices and design patterns.

- Create and manage AWS CloudFormation templates for infrastructure automation.

- Work independently on assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and present solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality.

- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang, PHP and NodeJs in production environments.

- Strong understanding and practical application of design patterns.

- Solid experience working with AWS services and authoring CloudFormation templates.

- Proven experience building and maintaining microservices-based systems.

- Ability to take full ownership of features from concept to deployment.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

- Familiarity with API Gateway, Lambda handlers, MySql and DynamoDB database is a plus.

Experience Required : 4 to 8 years ( IT Service )
