Job Description
As a UX Designer, you would be responsible for design intuitive UIs for AI-driven products, turning complex concepts into smart, simple experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, prototype rapidly, simplify data-heavy workflows, conduct user testing, and uphold high standards in usability, accessibility, and design.
What You ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven products and enterprise apps
- Turn abstract AI concepts into experiences that feel simple and smart
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life
- Sketch, wireframe, prototype, and iterate quickly
- Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy dashboards for enterprise users
- Run quick user research or testing (we ll teach you how if you haven t done it before)
- Keep pushing the bar on usability, accessibility, and clean design
On your first day, well expect you to have:
- A fresher or recent grad in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or similar
- A strong sense of design and user empathy (bonus points for a portfolio)
- Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Passionate about good design, clean UIs, and user experience
- Hungry to learn and unafraid to ask questions
- Bonus if you re curious about AI, enterprise tools, or data visualization

The junior to mid level employees are hardworking, enthusiastic and warm.
Dislikes
Company follows a hiring and firing culture and very less employee is happy. There are mass resignations or the company makes employees resign for budget and need management. All decisions are made by the top management which in turn becomes toxic and dictating. They don’t respect work life balance as well.
