JOB Description:
Position - Sales Manager
Location - Gurugram
Budget - 7-9 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation: Drive fresh sales opportunities and increase core sales within the designated region.
2) Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3) Payment Collection & Reconciliation: Oversee payment collections from clients and handle reconciliation processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
4) Sales Opportunity Creation: Proactively identify and create new sales opportunities through personal connections and networking.
5) Sales Skills: Use strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively.
Mandatory Skills:
1) Proven experience in sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of success.
2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3) Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
4) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
5) Self-motivated and able to work independently to generate sales opportunities.
6) Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
