- The Head Projects will be responsible for end-to-end project management for Business Park, Data Centers, Industrial Park, including technical due diligence, design coordination, quality control, contract management, statutory compliance, and timely delivery.
- This leadership role requires driving cross-functional coordination with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Involved in technical due diligence of new land and upcoming projects.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of work.
- Monitor execution of the activities as per the schedule planning, preparation of tenders, tendering, evaluation, recommendation, award of work, contract management, Time, Cost & Quality monitoring & Execution. Contract Closure.
- Liaise with the concerned Govt. authorities to obtain the necessary approvals Detail scope of work, conduct feasibility studies, evaluate vendors, seek approval of contracts to ensure smooth operations
- Set up quality procedures, identify areas of improvements, introduce modification, create awareness to improve existing processes, & maintain ISO standards.
- Contracts management To ensure the works are executed in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Quality control and supervision for architectural and civil works.
- Conduct weekly and monthly progress meetings with vendors. Issue agenda and MOM and highlight issues requiring management action.
- Design Co-ordination To receive and review drawings from vendors and provide comments in coordination with consultants within the agreed timelines.
- EHS compliances - To conduct safety meetings and highlight necessary steps to ensure best EHS practices as per standards & site management activities like testing
- Target setting and developing strategies for achieving the same.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in real estate construction project management.
- Proven track record of independently managing business park/Data Centre/Industrial Park developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, design review processes, MEP coordination, and contract law.
- Experience in working with safety regulations, and environmental norms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
