Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote gold loan services in assigned areas.
  
• Conduct regular customer visits, market activations, and liaise with potential customers and local influencers.
  
• Organize and manage roadshows, kiosk activities, and community events.
  
• Distribute marketing collateral like leaflets, banners, and posters in high-visibility areas.
  
• Identify high-potential areas for gold loans based on local demographics and economic activity.
  
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and ROI.

• Provide product knowledge training, pitch development, objection handling, and field etiquette coaching to branch staff.

• Track key performance indicators such as leads generated, footfalls to branches, conversions, and campaign costs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Any UG/PG (Preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
  
• 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in financial services or NBFCs.
  
• Strong local market knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
