General Manager - Hydro Power Projects (18-22 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Hydro Power Projects with expertise in dams, tunnels, and industrial structures. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in billing certification, quantity surveying, and material reconciliation while ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Roles:

- Quantity surveying and certification of billing.

- Reconciliation of materials including bulk materials, RMC, plant, machinery, and diesel consumption.

- Ensuring output standards and efficiency in project execution.

Non-Technical Roles:

- Review and verify purchase orders (POs) along with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

- Ensure accurate documentation and approval processes.

Job Specifications:

- Strong experience in billing & quantity surveying (QS).

- Ability to manage bulk material reconciliation (cement, steel, RMC, diesel, etc.).

- Hands-on knowledge of certification processes for billing.

Required Skills & Tools:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- QS certification is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Technical: DCE / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / MBA

- Non-Technical: Any Graduation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, and Patna who are willing to

relocate to Sikkim.

- Strong experience in hydro projects, industrial construction, and large-scale infrastructure

development.
