Job Description
A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge on the solutions for various modules in core Insurance systems of Guidewire Policy and Billing Center (Must).
- Experience in the insurance domain is mandatory. Strong documentation and business analysis skills including BRD, FRD, and SRS.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Hands on experience with issue tracking and requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TFS, Blueprint, IBM Rational, HP ALM etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile and SCRUM standard methods for project control.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- Strong critical and analytical thinking ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems. Excellent planning, organizational and time managements skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to influence your stakeholder and manage expectations.
- Should be open to work at EST timings ( 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST)
Qualifications Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
