Job Description
- Monitoring portfolio distribution, concentration, and segmental risk. Monitor portfolio performance and risks emanating from the same across product, geography, program
- Conducting personal discussions with the customers to assess the willingness and capacity of the borrower to repay
- Keep a watch on the budgeted credit loss vis- -vis actual credit losses and early indicators to suggest appropriate policy changes
- Monitoring of credit underwriting policy and framework
- Appropriate flagging and proposals under various categories and schemes
- Ensuring TAT is getting maintained from inward to sanction
- 100% scrutiny of customer documents and internal / external verification reports. Any negative reports / documents to be reported in writing to ACM reporting Manager
- Driving a team of CPAs and monitoring their performances
