Job Description

Seeking a motivated and skilled RD/Product Development Engineer with a strong background in metallurgy or related engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will drive product development initiatives, collaborate with the global RD team, and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions. This role demands technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development : Design, develop, and optimize new products and processes.
Research Collaboration : Collaborate with the global RD teams to align on innovation projects and implement best practices.
Material Expertise : Apply Solid knowledge of materials and powder metallurgy techniques.
Project Management : Manage RD projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Process Improvement : Work with Process Engineering teams to analyse and improve existing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Global Collaboration : Work in an international setup, including regular communication and travel to other facilities as required.
Documentation : Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelors or masters degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related Engineering field.

Experience:

2-5 years of professional experience in powder metallurgy, product development, or a related domain.

Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of powder metallurgy processes and refractory metals.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to work in a global environment with multicultural teams.
Willingness to travel internationally for collaborative projects.
