SAP FSCM/FICO Consultant (9-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in FSCM modules and core SAP FICO functionalities, coupled with expertise in process modeling tools.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and implement financial supply chain solutions that directly impact working capital, liquidity, and overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP FSCM modules : Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, and Bank Communication Management

- Design and implement strategies for cash flow optimization, credit risk mitigation, and efficient receivables/payables processes

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial operations and align financial goals with supply chain objectives

- Support integrations and enhancements within SAP FICO including :

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting (BA)

- Cost Element Accounting (CEA)

- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

- Internal Orders (IO)

- Treasury (TR)

- Utilize process modeling tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, or Visio for business process design and improvement

- Ensure all solutions comply with internal governance and external regulatory requirements

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP FSCM : Credit, Collection, Dispute, Cash & Liquidity, BCM (Bank Communication Management)

- SAP FICO Modules : GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CEA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR

- Proficiency in Process Modeling Tools : SAP Signavio, ARIS, or Visio

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
