Ciklum - Senior Delivery Manager - Agile Methodologies (7-12 yrs)

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will be accountable for the overall success of client engagements, reporting to the Delivery Director and driving innovation in prepaid services and payments domains. You will oversee project delivery, manage resources, and ensure alignment with client expectations and internal Ciklum stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing attrition, onboarding, gross margin performance, and delivering comprehensive reports on resources and project status. Strong leadership, governance, domain-driven development, and SAFe Agile expertise are critical for shaping opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Define objectives, delivery strategy, and timelines for projects, leveraging domain-driven development to refine products and applications
• Implement SAFe Agile methodologies with robust governance to ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance client solutions in prepaid services and payments
• Provide detailed progress reports to senior client stakeholders and Ciklum leadership, covering resources, risks, and gross margin performance
• Manage multidisciplinary teams (client staff, contractors, suppliers, and Ciklum staff), overseeing onboarding, attrition, and performance management
• Shape opportunities by proactively identifying client needs and proposing innovative solutions to expand engagements
• Define and adhere to project budgets, driving efficiencies to optimize quality and costs
• Ensure solutions comply with legal guidelines and internal policies while understanding the interplay of systems to mitigate risks
• Foster strong client relationships through effective interfacing and opportunity shaping
• Monitor resource allocation, utilization, and project progress, initiating corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Agile Delivery/Project Management experience in Managed Services or IT Outsourcing, with a focus on prepaid services or payments domains
• Proven experience managing projects with 25-75 team members and budgets exceeding - 5m annually
• Deep expertise in SAFe Agile and domain-driven development, with experience in scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus)
• Strong understanding of project/program management techniques, governance, and delivery processes
• Technical background in software development, QA, or DevOps, with awareness of tools like Atlassian Jira/Confluence
• Ability to understand the impact and interplay of systems to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Strong leadership, governance, and client-interfacing skills for opportunity shaping and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on resource management and gross margin performance
• Advanced level of spoken and written English
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days work-from-office, 2 days work-from-home in Pune)
• Early joiners preferred to accelerate project delivery

Desirable:

• Experience managing distributed teams in prepaid services or payments domains
• Knowledge of modern software development trends, tools, and domain-driven design practices
• Agile or PMI certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, PMP)
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions
