Job Description
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise end-to-end poly-house installation at client locations.
- Ensure all setup activities adhere to company specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, labor, and engineering teams during installation.
- Manage on-site inventory, tools, and materials efficiently.
- Provide daily updates and reports to the project manager or head office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site-level challenges during the setup.
- Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed throughout the installation process.
- Travel extensively across India based on project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 13 years of proven experience in poly-house setup or as a poly-house setup supervisor.
