Job Description
- Leading Company/project financial model based on business plan and pipeline for external and internal requirement
- Handling and being part of lender conversations for Project Finance of the Company across its various geographies and types of assets
- Co-ordinating due diligence efforts with various Lender DD agencies
- Gathering/ maintaining data required by lenders in evaluating the business from different teams in the Company
- Lender relationship management
- Assisting in MA/Equity (need based)
- MBA in finance and/or Engineering from a top school
- Strong financial modelling skills (required, if no experience running complex iterative financial models please do not apply)
- 3-4 years of work ex in project/ infra finance. Renewable energy experience would help.
- Willingness to take up responsibility and ownership
- Intent to work at a pace required to meet deliverables/ targets
- More diverse career path responsibility set
- Working directly with and learning from senior team and company founders
- Managing clients and running projects independently
- Greater flexibility in defining own role and pursuing new opportunities
- Learning entirely on the job
