Job Description
- Technical scrutiny of bid enquiries BOQs for tender purpose
- Preparation/checking of design documents and drawings
- Preparation of tentative BOQs after award of contract
- Checking of equipment drawings and GTPs received from Vendor
- Conducting site visits, support site team in project commissioning, witness tests at vendor s factory premises
- Preparing and sending document transmittal letters for designs and drawings
- Maintaining project engineering files
- Provide support to financial modelling, business decision-making and BOS selection
- Interface with and manage external consultants, if required
- AutoCAD / Matlab / Etap / Semcab / RET Screen / any other electrical modelling software
- MS Office :- MS Word / Excel / PPT , MS-Project
- Experienced in MV / HV network electrical AC design
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Electrical CAD or similar
- Proficiency in site substation layout, electrical system design including load flow short circuit calculations, LV HV protection schemes, LV- HV relay settings, regulatory safety approvals, etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- B. E. / B. Tech in Electrical/Power/Energy Engineering
- 4 5 years of total working experience out of 2 3 years should be in Solar / Wind Projects
- 30 -40% travelling to site and vendor s places as when required
- More diverse career path responsibility set
- Working directly with and learning from senior team and company founders
- Managing clients and running projects independently
- Greater flexibility in defining own role and pursuing new opportunities
- Learning entirely on the job
