Job Description
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and implementing business processes; preparing and completing action plans;, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; Project tracking, determining system improvements;
- Carry out ESIA/ ESDD as per IFC guidelines to ensure project is meeting all equity financial requirements as agreed.
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions for various projects.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
- Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
- Inclusiveness/ Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
- Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details / data / information / activities.
- MIS: tracking weekly metrics as agreed with BU s and provide it to management.
- Plan: Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
- Educational Qualifications : BE (EEE, EE, Environment. or equv.) PMI certification is added advantage
- Work Experience : 4+ years in project management, MIS reporting etc.. Project Management experience in renewable industry will be an added advantage.
