Center Manager - Diagnostic Center

We are currently looking out for Center Managers for our Diagnostic/Pharma retail chain across multiple locations.

Locations: Sheoraphuli, Bhangor, Haroa, Badartala, Bongaon, Amtala, Barackpore, Duttapukur, Nabadwip, Topsia

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the OPD/Diagnostic Centre to ensure efficient workflow and superior patient experience.
• Supervise, train, and lead a team of Front office, Nurse, and Phlebotomist.
• Personally approach every walk-in customer to understand their needs and actively promote upselling of healthcare packages, value-added services, or diagnostic tests.
• Drive the team in achieving cross-selling and upselling targets, and maintain high conversion rates.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth scheduling and service execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards at the center
• Execute local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance visibility and customer reach.
• Prepare and present operational and sales reports to the OPD Cluster Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing operations, preferably in Hospitals, Diagnostic Center, Clinics, Retail Chains, or the Automotive Sector.
• Strong experience in cross-selling, upselling, and direct customer interaction.
• Proven track record in team handling and sales target achievement.
• Proficiency in managing daily center operations, billing systems, and CRM tools.
