Quality Analyst

Job Title: Quality Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and services by conducting thorough testing and analysis. The Quality Analyst will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues that may impact the overall quality of the product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products

- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and report any defects or issues

- Collaborate with the development team to resolve any issues and ensure the quality of the final product

- Document and track defects and issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the quality of software products and services

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance and testing

Technical Skills:

- Manual Testing

- API Testing(Postman)

- Automation Testing

- JMeter

- Mobile Application Testing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and testing in the Information Technology department

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
