SFCC Backend Lead (4-9 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and experienced SFCC Backend Lead to join our team in Mumbai. This hybrid role focuses on leading backend development efforts for our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend architecture, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring seamless integration of backend services. You will work closely with frontend developers, QA testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead backend development activities and oversee the coding, debugging, and integration of backend services.

- Design and implement robust backend architecture for the SFCC platform.

- Optimize performance to ensure efficient and reliable platform operation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and project management to deliver end-to-end e-commerce solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend systems.

- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in backend development with strong skills in JavaScript, Node.js, and related technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and eCommerce platforms.

- Strong knowledge of database management, API integration, and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience with backend integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
