Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Scientist (5-8 yrs)

Were looking for an exceptional AI/ML Scientist with deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and predictive modeling to help us build the next generation of intelligent financial systems. In this role, you will develop real-time, production-grade machine learning models that drive decision-making across voice-based interactions, cash flow forecasting, and portfolio optimization.

Youll work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn ambitious ideas into user-facing products with real impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop NLP models for voice recognition and interactive financial systems.

- Build predictive ML models for financial forecasting, optimization, and scenario analysis.

- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and deploy them for real-time, high-stakes environments.

- Analyze model performance, identify trade-offs, and implement improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into live production systems.

- Stay up to date with the latest research in AI/ML and apply novel techniques where applicable.

- Build intelligent systems rooted in real user needs and behavioral understanding.

- Deliver quick prototypes and refine through structured testing and feedback loops.

- Take ownership of key initiatives while working in tight collaboration with product, data, and engineering peers.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP, deep learning, and real-world deployment.

- Expert-level proficiency in Python, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

- Proven experience with Hugging Face, transformer models, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).

- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying user-facing AI systems at scale.

- Deep understanding of model evaluation, including precision/recall, bias detection, and robustness under uncertainty.

- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity to experiment, iterate, and optimize rapidly.
