Cloudologic - Service Delivery Manager - Application (5-6 yrs)

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon for a Service Delivery Manager.

- The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing IT service management practices on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of application services (internal/external applications).

- Ensure all service delivery operations align with ITIL best practices and company policies.

- Monitor service performance, manage SLAs, and drive continual improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business units to ensure application stability and functionality.

- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for application services.

- Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and relationships for third-party applications.

- Maintain documentation for services, policies, and processes.

- Support audits and compliance checks related to applications and data privacy.

- Provide timely reporting on service delivery metrics to senior management.

- Lead a team of application support analysts or service desk professionals (if applicable).

Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proficient spoken and written command of English.

- At least 5-year experience in IT.

- 2 years of experience in relevant area.

- 1 year of experience in team management.

- Understanding of different culture.

- Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets.

- Respective business function (GOPS, Finance, HR, Brand Marketing, Wholesale/Retail).
