Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between client needs and our technical team, helping to craft solutions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals during pre-sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design customized solutions.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support solution design.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce products, features, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, etc.) are a plus.
