We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Lead with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in project management and client handling. As a MERN Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Manage and coordinate the full project lifecycle from planning, development, testing, and deployment to maintenance.

- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

- Oversee technical design and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless delivery.

- Review and optimize code for efficiency, maintainability, and best practices.

- Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in full-stack development, specifically with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Proven experience in project management and client handling.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.

- Proficiency in database management using MongoDB and designing schemas for complex applications.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Knowledge of additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries.

- Experience with GraphQL and TypeScript is a plus.
