Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled OnBase Tester with 3+ years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating OnBase applications, workflows, and system integrations through detailed test planning and execution. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and end users to ensure software quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for OnBase applications and upgrades.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for OnBase workflows and modules.

- Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

- Validate system functionality against business requirements, including performance, security, and compliance aspects.

- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to define quality standards and ensure successful delivery.

- Assist users during UAT and provide support for issue analysis and troubleshooting.

- Provide feedback on software usability, functionality, and performance to continuously improve product quality.

Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong background in Test Planning, Monitoring & Control.

- Hands-on experience in testing OnBase / ECM solutions, workflows, and system integrations.

- Proficiency in OnBase modules, including document processing and automation workflows.

- Solid experience in using SQL for data validation.

- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks, especially Selenium.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

- OnBase Certifications such as OCSA (OnBase Certified System Administrator) or OCWA (OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator) are a significant plus.
